About Aquatic Edge:
World Master Swimmer of the Year Karlyn Pipes-Neilsen travels the world hosting swim technique clinics and camps teaching swimmers and triathletes of all ages and abilities how to SWIM FASTER with LESS EFFORT!
Aquatic Edge is located in beautiful and sunny Kona, Hawaii, but is also a mobile service hosting over 65+ swim technique clinics and camps worldwide. Karlyn makes frequent trips to the mainland, Australia, UK, Germany, Mexico and France and can travel ANYWHERE in the WORLD to offer a clinic or multi-day camp for your team or group.
In addition, Aquatic Edge offers a wide range of services for the visitor to the Big Island of Hawaii. You can schedule a private stroke technique session in Karlyn's state-of-the-art Endless Pool, or an adventure swim in the ocean.
Custom Swim Camps
Karlyn can also build a swim, triathlon or open water camp of any length to suit the needs, wants and budget and for any size group, large or small. She even offers private mini-camps for as few as one or two people.

About Karlyn: She is the 2009, 2008, 2007 and 2004 World Masters Swimmer of the Year and to date has set over 200+ FINA Masters World records of which 47 are still current. In 2007, she was inducted into the International Masters Swimming Hall of Fame. In addition, Karlyn has competed in open water races since the age of 8 and holds numerous course records in California and the all over the Island of Hawaii.
Karlyn is also a Red Cross instructor for Lifeguard, CPR for the Professional Rescuer, First Aid and Safety Training for Swim Coaches.
Congratulations! to Karlyn for being named one of the 2009 World Masters Swimmers of the Year by Swimming World Magazine! This is the third year in a row Karlyn has earned this prestigious award.
